
Surprisingly I do not have a huge sweet tooth. *Gasp* I know I know. But I do have occasional spells of sweet cravings and my aunt’s peach cobbler recipe hits the spot every time!
Jean’s Peach Cobbler
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup milk
1 stick butter
1 large cans of peaches
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
Mix flour, sugar, milk. Melt butter in 2 or 2 ½ quart baking dish. Pour batter over butter. Heat peach, cinnamon, sugar, until hot. Pour over top of batter in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
That peach cobbler looks like food for my soul!
